Ring Of Glory Personnel Past And Present On The Super Dream Team (Part Three)

Post by Super Aid on Sun Oct 22, 2017 1:22 am

-- The tron --

-- Video footage about The Super Dream Team starts to play --

-- First to appear are Frank Watson and Mason Keller --

Frank and Mason's part to go here

-- Footage changes to show the legendary Cartwright --

Cartwright's part to go here

-- Footage changes to show Valerio --

Valerio's part to go here

-- Footage changes to show Drake Reinhardt --

Drake Reinhardt: Here I am.
Drake Reinhardt.
The man!
HAHAHAHAHAHA!
And one of the greatest of all time.
Thats why I am in, the Ring Of Glory Hall Of Fame.
But I'm not here to talk about me.
Which is a pity.
Instead, I'm here to talk about two other wrestlers.
Two wrestlers who have been around in Ring Of Glory longer than most.
Two wrestlers who have achieved a lot.
And I do mean, a lot.
Very few can match what those two have done.
And those two are going to get rewarded.
By getting inducted into the Hall Of Fame.
Those two of course are Aid and Super Girl.
The Super Dream Team.
The goody two shoes.
Mainly, Super Girl.
Who has done something which these days is hard to do.
But shes done it.
She has been a babyface.
For the entire time she has been in Ring Of Glory
And that takes some doing.
And lets not forget when people talk about her being the longest reigning Glory World champion.
Who was it she defeated to win the title?
And begin that long run?
Thats right.
It was me.
Drake Reinhardt!
I helped put Super Girl on the map.
As a singles wrestler.
But she had worked super hard to get where she was.
In fact, they both worked super hard over the years.
That can never be taken away from them.
Their loyalty towards Ring Of Glory.
Can never and never, weill be questioned.
It will be a speicla moment in Ring Of Glory history when those two get inducted

-- The footage then starts showing clips of the many moments and victories of Super Aid and Super Girl, with a familiar voiceover heard, taken from the previously released "Holding Out For The Heroes: The Best of The Super Dream Team" DVD. --

Kadomitsu: Whether it's fighting for victory or glory,
whether it's fighting against rivals, evil doers or simply themselves,
and through all the highs and lows,
it'd be hard to dispute what they've achieved.
Even going by their previous track record and with many predicting at the time...
that they would make a mark when they first joined Ring of Glory,
I doubt many expected them to go above and beyond those expectations.
One of the very few pairings in wrestling to achieve success...
both working together as a tag team as well as individually,
culminating with both of them becoming world champions in their own right.
Via raw power, technical mastery, teamwork and sheer determination,
both Aid and Super Girl have continued to cement their legacies as two of the greatest in this profession.
What started off as a debatable and perhaps egotistical moniker when they first joined,
both of them have proven that it's now without question...
the definition of who they are and what they represent in wrestling.
Super Aid.
Super Girl.
The definition of...
The Super Dream Team.

-- Footage changes to show Karoline Mitsu --

Karoline's part to go here

-- Footage changes to show Morpheus --

Morpheus: Before I get to kick Aid's backside in his home country at the Pay Per View, there is some other matter before that.
A matter that needs to be attended to.
And that matter is?
The Hall Of Fame induction show.
Getting inducted into the Ring Of Glory Hall Of Fame is special.
Very special.
It is one of the biggest honours.
That any professional wrestler could ever have.
Of course, you have to be good.
Over a certain number of years.
In order to even be considered for the Hall Of Fame.
Thats why Drake Reinhardt is in it.
Thats why Patrick Covell and Jason Reeves are in it.
Because they were good.
Correction.
Make that, very good.
Consistently.
At what they were doing over the years that Ring Of Glory has been around.
And very soon, The Super Dream Team will be joining those guys in it.
And even though I'm planning to kick his backside at the Pay Per View, let me say this about Aid.
Aid and Super Girl have proven over the last six years that they themselves been more than good.
They have in fact, been "super".
In.
And out of the ring.
They fully deserve to get inducted.
Into the Ring Of Glory Hall Of Fame.
It should be, a "super" moment.
In the history of Ring Of Glory.
And then when thats over, me and Aid will then go and some fun at the ring.
When we battle it out at the Pay Per View

-- Footage changes to show the legendary Cartwright --

Cartwright: "It's about damn time!
The team of Super Aid and Super Girl have finally achieved the highest accomplishment in Ring Of Glory by entering its Hall Of Fame!
A great team can recognise another teams greatness and as the former leader of Team Ahwzumg! and Evil..."

Crowd: "...UTION!"

Cartwright: "...I can happily recommend The Super Dream Team for this award!
Ten ROG seasons ago, Super AIDS retired me in an EPIK match, so I know how tough half of the team is personally!
I would have taken on Super Girl too, I'm all for equality in the workplace, unlike AJ Hale who thinks all chicks need to stay in the kitchen and make him sandwiches!
So congratulations to both of you and I'll look forward to you both returning this favor....
...SOOOOOOOOON!"

Last Man Standing by Hammerfall blasts over the loudspeakers

The Words ICONMANIA appear on the Titantron Screen

The fans start chanting ICON, ICON, ICON

Johnny Ryan appears at the top of the ramp

Wearing his trademark sunglasses and the Iconic Blue and Red Wrestling Costume

Accompanying him to the ring is Stacey

Johnny and Stacey start to raise their arms

The fans start to do a mexican wave while still chanting ICON, ICON, ICON, STACEY, STACEY, STACEY

Johnny and Stacey lower their arms

The fans sit down

Johnny and Stacey make their way to the ring shaking the hands of fans on their way down the ramp

They then look at each other, then run towards the ring and somersault over the top rope and land in the middle of the ring

Johnny and Stacey start to raise their arms

The fans start to do a mexican wave while still chanting ICON, ICON, ICON, STACEY, STACEY, STACEY

Johnny and Stacey lower their arms

The fans sit down

Johnny: We are here to talk about the two members of The Super Dream

-- Johnny points at Super Aid and Super Girl --

Stacey: Two very important People

-- Stacey looks at Johnny then at the fans --

Johnny: First up it was Aid that introduced me to Eve Star who in turn introduced me to Helena and welcomed me to Ring of Glory.

-- Johnny raises his hands in the air with the mic --
-- He puts the mic back to mouth --

Johnny: Second up, Super Girl the current Women's Champion, I felt her wrath when I sided with the Darkside stable The New Breed a few seasons back.

Oi! Who'd you think introduced "goit" into the roster's lexicon in the first place?

Ya goit. Razz
